## Key facts

- The Flowstep MCP server endpoint is https://api.flowstep.ai/mcp and uses the Streamable HTTP transport.
- Authentication is OAuth 2.0 with PKCE against your Flowstep account. There is no API key.
- The server exposes 20 tools covering design generation, editing, screen rendering, file management, design guidelines, Figma import and attachments.
- `get-screen-image` renders any screen to a PNG and returns it inline, so an agent can look at the design it generated.
- It works with any MCP client that supports remote HTTP servers, not only the four with published setup guides.
- Screens created over MCP are the same objects as screens created in the Flowstep app. One account, one canvas.
- Flowstep does not use customer data to train AI models, and does not permit its LLM providers to do so.
